Happy Birthday Anish!

The beginning of another memorable birthday celebration...

Last night, Ravi got a litchi cake from Sweet Chariot. Prasad and Raghu joined us for the midnight celebrations, which included hearty wishes and smearing cake on his face, and birthday bumps, which left him whining, nevertheless guaranteeing a sound sleep. :)

Our traditional celebrations begin with cake cutting. Friends get the cake and maybe a gift and a card. And, then the birthday boy is obliged to treat all :)

A recent addition to the trend has been to start off early with a grand breakfast.

This morning, Johnny, back from night shift, joined his roommate, Anish, and we thought it would be great to start off with a real big breakfast at the Confident Iris.
Now, Johnny gifted Anish a beautiful pink Reebok Tshirt :), I sincerely believe the choice of pink is out of sheer innocence and a taste for good colours.

There is a kind of devilish delight in getting someone in the gang to treat, especially if he refuses to treat, or hints at a scaled down party. So, it's always safer to play big hearted, and happily nod in agreement to all demands made.

Anish has been such a lovable friend, whom I know since my Belgaum days. We were messmates then, along with his brother and mine. He is a personification of kindness, patience & help at anytime for anyone :). It is such a secure feeling that one gets when he is around :)

Wishing you life's best things, now and forever, Anish! :)

HAPPY B'DAY ANEESH,

He is a great guy and the best thing i like in him is his rock solid patience, unmoved by things happening around and that smile at all times.

Wish you a great life ahead :)

Cheers
Ravi
